1 Deep dive 90-minute assessment
We begin the coaching experience by examining your current workflows and systems and identify those areas of your business to streamline first. We will look at what is working, what's not, and map out a business strategy to get your business streamlined.

6 one-hour coaching sessions
These are working sessions where we roll up our sleeves and design the foundation pieces of your business. After each session you will have access to the recording, and a strategic plan of action for the next steps.

Systems identified and built
Based on our assessment, we will identify the top 4 areas of your business that need systems and automation. This might include setting up Asana or Trello boards, crafting out email marketing sequences, or building the backend funnel system. We will also be building the automation features of your business to attract your ideal client, a nurturing system for your leads, and an onboarding system that results in creating raving fans.

Templates, swipe files, and documentation, and backend pieces of your business
As we build your business, you will have complete access to all the templates and swipe files that we use. Additionally, we will create the documentation for these systems so it will be easy to transfer this information to your team. We will build the backend foundation of your business so it will be easy to bring on a team and get them up and running quickly.
