Coaching Program

This is a hands-on accountability coaching package that is designed to take your business to the next level. This coaching package is designed to help you map out your signature offer for your business or streamline your current business model so you can scale.

Together we design the strategy that will build the foundation for a scalable and sustainable business ~ without overwhelm or burnout. We will design an end goal of what is needed for the next stage of your business, and create a custom project plan to make that happen.

You will be given strategic guidance on how to create your funnel and marketing assets and given the support to keep you moving forward.

Your coaching sessions include:

1 Deep dive 90-minute assessment

We begin the coaching experience by doing an intensive business mapping session where we will outline your product ladder, and decide on the signature offer. At the end of this 90-minute session, you will have a blueprint that will serve as your ongoing business plan.
3 One-hour coaching sessions

These coaching sessions will guide you on what steps need to be accomplished and how to create the foundational pieces for your business. We will identify the actionable items, define the plan, and steps to accomplish the identified goals. After each session you will have access to the recording, and a strategic plan of action for the next steps.
Strategic areas for development

Based on our assessment, we will identify the top areas of your business where we redesign or build the foundation pieces. Additionally we will examine where automations and systems can be implemented to streamline your business. This might include setting up Asana or Trello boards for client onboarding, crafting out email sequences for lead nurturing, or building the backend funnel for lead generation automation, or developing the platform for an online course.
Direct access for support

You will have direct access to me via Facebook messages, and emails so that you never feel like you are working alone. I'll be there with you for the ongoing support to get you through those tech challenges or to answer your questions.
Templates, swipe files, and documentation

As we build your business, you will have complete access to all the templates and swipe files that I use. Additionally, we will create the documentation for these systems so it will be easy to repeat the process in the future, or even bring on a team member. At the end of our time together, you will have a detailed operations manual so that you have a documented process for your business.

I was feeling so overwhelmed with so many things to do with my online coaching business. I was spending a great deal of time just learning how to do everything, and really didn't want to tackle all the stuff that was not in my genius zone.
